Woddies Constructions is a construction company based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, offering residential, commercial, institutional and industrial construction, villa and apartment building, renovation and turnkey project management services.

3. Enquiries & Quotations

Submitting an enquiry or quote request through our website does not create a contract. Any quotation, estimate or budget we provide is:

  • Based on the information available at the time and the scope discussed;
  • Subject to a detailed site inspection, measurement and design finalisation;
  • Valid only for the period stated in the quotation, and subject to change with material prices, specifications or scope revisions.

A binding agreement is formed only through a separate signed construction contract or work order.

4. Construction Services & Contracts

The specific scope of work, specifications, materials, timelines, payment schedule, and other commercial terms for any project will be set out in a separate written agreement between you and Woddies Constructions. In the event of any conflict, that signed project agreement prevails over these Terms.

5. Payments

  • Payments are to be made according to the milestones and schedule stated in your project agreement.
  • Delayed payments may result in a pause of work and/or revised timelines.
  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and government charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Project Timelines

We make every effort to complete projects within the agreed timeline. However, completion dates may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, statutory approvals, material availability, client-requested changes, and delays in payment or decisions. Such delays do not constitute a breach of contract.

7. Changes & Variations

Any change to the agreed scope, design, materials or specifications requested after work has commenced may affect the cost and timeline and will be documented as a variation, subject to mutual written agreement.

8. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Any warranty against defects in workmanship, and the period of such warranty, will be as specified in your project agreement. Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, third-party alterations, or lack of maintenance. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials, fittings and appliances supplied by third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, designs and layouts — is the property of Woddies Constructions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.

10. Photography & Portfolio

We may photograph completed projects for our portfolio, website and marketing. If you do not wish for your project to be featured, please inform us in writing and we will respect your request.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woddies Constructions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Our liability in relation to any project is limited to the terms set out in the relevant signed project agreement.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
